Logistics

What if I'm late?

Find us along the way by following our agenda (We'll do our best to get you a shirt and your chips)

Where do I park?

There are 3 big paid parking structures near Main ST. If you park closer to 5th or 6th you can park for free and walk a short distance

Where is check in?

Perq's @ 11am 117 Main St Huntngton Beach, CA 92648

Do you have to be 21?

All ages welcome. Check in is held outside of Perq's which is the only 21 and over location.

Do I have to be there to participate in the raffle/ poker run?

Yes. We encourage you to take your winnings with you.

What are you raffling?

Our "Cooles" raffle in town will have RTIC ice chest valued at $200 filled with themed items with a starting value of $500.

Can I sponsor an ice chest?

Our ice chests themes are all chosena nd handled. We wld love for you to become a part of our sponsor roster so feel free to contact us for future events and ideas.

Where do I buy raffle tickets?

On our website under "Buy It Here" or at the event. You will get your tickets at check in.

What is a poker run?

You will be given 5 poker chips at check in for every purchased pub crawl ticket. At each bar, you will trade a chip for a playing card. At the designated bar you will show your collected hand for a chance to win the poker game and take home a Murf E-bike.

Do I have to be there to participate in the silent auction?

No. We're happy to send you the link prior to the date of the event. You will regsister on an app. Bidding starts at 11am and ends at 8pm. Physical items available for pick up only.

How will I know if I won a silent auction item?

You will be notified through the app on your phone at the end of the day.

Can i contribute items to your auction?

Yes. We will be adding items to the silent auction up until August 10th.

Can I pick up my winnings at another time?

We encourage you to bring your items to your vehicle if you can. However, we will hold theme and arrange pick up at another time, if needed.

Will we be eating?

All locations serve food except Perq's
